RGC Construction was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every client deserves personalized attention, honest communication, and exceptional craftsmanship. With over 40 years of combined South Florida experience, our team has built everything from luxury bathroom remodels to ground-up commercial restaurants, medical facilities, franchise buildouts, and large-scale multi-family developments. Her hands-on leadership ensures every project receives the personal attention it deserves — from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.

As the driving force behind RGC's operations, Georgette is deeply involved in client communication, quality control, and site visits. Her commitment to transparency and partnership is what sets RGC apart in South Florida's competitive market.

Roger Curci

General Manager | Operations

Roger brings decades of hands-on construction experience to every project as a skilled iron worker, carpenter, and shell contractor. His expertise spans restaurants, tenant improvements, and residential construction, making him an invaluable force in the field and on-site management.

As Superintendent, Roger oversees daily field operations, coordinates subcontractors, and maintains RGC's high standards of quality and safety across all active job sites. His deep technical knowledge and work ethic are the backbone of every completed build.
